Cocking Wrist/Controlling Dart Tip

When addressing the dartboard, I am pointing the tip @ my right eye and then turning my wrist towards the dartboard. I notice that the dart tip is pointing downwards.

Any suggestions on how to approach in terms of stance and how to keep the dart tip up?

I don't understand. If you notice the tip is pointing down, just point it up.
