My name is Shaun. I am the monkey pulling all the levers behind the scenes here.

I am from Toronto.

I actually have only been playing darts for about 5 years now. While I do not get to play as much as I used to, I am still looking to improve every chance I get.

Hey Dart Community,

Names Edgar aka Deadgar.  I've been playing darts for about 9 months and joined the C League with Wasatch Dart Associate last fall.  Been practicing a lot. Trying to move up to the B League this next fall and joined the doubles 9 - games per match of 501 for summer on the B League to get my feet wet.

I've consistently been using Harrow ICE recuts (24grams) with long stem supergrips, standard Dimple L style flights and 40mm points. Lately my accuracy has tightened up considerably. But now I'm dealing with several flight deflections throughout my practices and matches. I've been trying to hunt down some standard mini dimple's if they exist. Not sure.

Any dart enthusiasts out there that can provide some deflection tips or point me in the direction for some mine standard flights that are the dimple L styles? Any advice would be awesome.

Regards,

Deadgar

Hi Edgar, Welcome to the board.🖐️

I do not know if they make tips specifically for deflections. Perhaps spring-loaded tips? Most say these are nonsense, but I know a few that swear by them. I did a quick search but could only find soft tip kits.

Maybe something like these point cones will help if the barrel is making the hit.
