I picked up a set of darts today.

They are branded EHCL OR CEHCL

Any idea where I can get more inform on them?

BEST GUESS: 

The team colors for the Newfoundland Growlers are black and gold.

East Coast Hockey League (ECHL)   What you seem to have are promotional darts for the ECHL.
