I just bought a dart board and my right elbow is sore from playing. Any suggestions on what games to play? tricks on hitting the bulls-eye or getting a double? the right way of throwing?

Those are a lot of different questions

  1. You should focus mostly on 501
  2. practice doubles. don't worry about bull for now.
  3. there is no "right way" to through, you should do what feels comfortable at first, then make small tweaks over time.

Certainly! To reduce elbow strain, focus on proper throwing technique. Keep your elbow at a 90-degree angle, relax your grip, and use your wrist for power. Practice games like 501 to improve accuracy. Aim for the triple 20 for high scores, and work on your aim for the bullseye to enhance your game.

Blade 6 seems like the way to go now unless you can pick something else up for cheap.
